Rumour: Chelsea Tracking Felli

Rumours linking Everton's midfield ace Marouane Fellaini with a move to Stamford Bridge have re-surfaced this afternoon, with one such story appearing on fanatix.com.

The website claims that Chelsea are ready to test Everton's resolve with a £15 million move for the Belgian international midfielder, claiming that Fellaini, 23, has grown frustrated with Everton's failure to win trophies and qualify for Europe.

Fellaini is planning to hold talks with David Moyes regarding the club's ambitions, whilst new Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is eyeing a replacement for the injured Michael Essien, who has been ruled out for 6 months with cruciate ligament damage.

The Londoners are said to be preparing a £15 million offer - the same amount Everton paid for Fellaini three years ago - but David Moyes will demand in excess of £20 million, and still harbours hope that Fellaini will sign a new contract at Everton.

StickyToffee Verdict: Keep at all costs. A player that has the potential to be world-class and exactly the type of player that can take Everton forward.
