Wallace's England Held To Draw

England drew 0-0 with Argentina at the U20 World Cup in Colombia last night. Everton's James Wallace came on as a 31st minute substitute after an injury suffered by Nathan Baker.

In front of over 40,000 spectators, Wallace and England put in an assured performance against some of South America's most promising young talent.

England had chances aplenty and had the ball in the net - only for Billy Knott's effort to be ruled offside. Erik Lamela went close for the Argentines but the game ended goalless.

It was the second 0-0 for England at the World Cup and the young Lions will now have to beat Mexico on Thursday to progress.
